The website is operated by Expanta Andriy Golyk, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 1251789994. Contact: office@expanta.pl. Address: ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 31C/1, 05-250 Słupno, Poland.
2. Using the website
The website presents export consulting, market research, store checks, export outsourcing and market entry strategy services. Browsing the website and blog is free, requires no account and needs an up-to-date browser and internet access.
Do not use the website unlawfully or disrupt its operation. Articles provide general information; recommendations for a particular business require an assessment of its circumstances.
3. Consultation and price
An individual online consultation lasts 60 minutes and costs PLN 300 excluding VAT plus PLN 69 VAT (23%): PLN 369 including VAT. Other services and fees are agreed separately.
You need internet access, a device compatible with the agreed meeting tool and voice communication. Meeting details and technical requirements are provided beforehand. Consulting does not guarantee particular sales results.
4. Enquiries and contracts
The website does not yet offer an active booking calendar or online payments. Contact buttons open your email application. Sending an enquiry does not make a booking, conclude a contract or authorise a payment.
Before an order is accepted, the client receives the scope, date, total price, payment method and deadline, and contract terms. A contract may be concluded after express acceptance of the complete offer. Agreed details are confirmed by email.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
To reschedule or cancel a consultation, please email office@expanta.pl.
6. Complaints
Report website or service problems to office@expanta.pl, describing the issue, relevant date and requested resolution, with contact details for a reply. No specific form is required.
This draft provides for a response within 14 days of receipt. These terms do not limit rights under mandatory law.
7. Withdrawal from a distance contract
Consumers and other individuals entitled to the relevant consumer protection generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. An unambiguous statement identifying the contract can be sent by email.
Starting the service during this period requires the client’s express request and the required information. If the client then withdraws, a proportionate charge for work already performed may be due under the statutory conditions. Loss of the withdrawal right following full performance requires prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Making a booking alone does not remove the right.
Refunds following valid withdrawal are made under the applicable law, generally within 14 days of receiving the statement, subject to any lawful charge for the part already performed. Full withdrawal instructions and a model form must be completed before sales launch.
8. Privacy and updates
See our privacy policy for personal data information. Updates do not retrospectively change existing contracts. Consumer assistance information is available from the Polish consumer authority UOKiK.
